This weekend I had big plans to stamp and participate in Splitcoaststamper's Virtual Stamping Weekend around home improvement jobs. Instead, I worked on home remodeling projects around a little stamping. I did get one challenge done, but not uploaded on time.
The theme was Window into my Soul. The idea was to make a transparent card. I haven't tried this yet, but had some ideas to try out!
The card has the new Bright Delights rub-ons. They are so fun! Rub-on are easy to use and the colors really pop! I also used rub-ons on Whisper White in the center. I used my scallop edge punch to create an Old Olive layer. Both are attached to the card inside with mini glue dots. I used my Big Shot to cut the "U" with my Go Go Boots Alphabets.
The rub-ons were so fun, I wanted to use more of them. I spotted this mug across my stamp room and went to town. I realize now that my placement in the picture is unfortunate. The word on the mug is Sassy, not Gassy, or BLEEPy. Thanks, Carmen and Dan, for pointing that out! This was a quick and easy project.
