Sale-a-bration Piece of Cake

Welcome to the Stampin' Addicts Sale-a-bration Blog Hop- 19 wonderful stops of fabulous products and projects. I'm the last official stop on this hop if you've started at one; however, if you start here, you can hop from blog to blog to blog in a great big circle. Just follow the links! If you get lost, you can always visit the thread on Stampin' Addicts to find your way again.

My product is the Piece of Cake Ensemble CD featuring "Invitation, greeting card, tag, and decor templates. 5 Designer Series Paper Patterns. 72 Embellishments. 1 punch. 37-piece stamp brush set. Digital Exclusive" What that really means is a whole bunch of stuff to play with using My Digital Studio for FREE!

My first project, a scrapbook page featuring my nephew Nathan:

I chose him because the paper designs reminded me of the circle cake he had! I then decided to make a card for him for this year:

I started this card using a template contained in the ensemble. I added a few details, as you can see here:
See I just added some yellow elements, changed the color of the HAPPY, added a blue banner, and added my message. He'll love it.

Finally, I decided to make some decorations for a party--using the Piece of Cake Ensemble. There's some hidden jewels in this download in the 8 x 11" Piece of Cake Designer Template-- 9 pages of items to print and use as your creativity sees fit! Here are my decorations:

I'll have some close-up pictures and one more project for you on Monday! Until then, you'll be able to fortunate to visit the other stops on this blog hop. You'll see many darling projects!

Go onward to stop #1 by Betty at her blog Kitty Stamps with Fresh Vintage.

Or, if you are feeling a bit backwards, go to stop #18 by Debra at her blog Heartfelt Inkspiration with One Big Sale-a-bration CD.

Happy Stamping!
